Started construction in December 2007 and scheduled to be completed October 2008. 3473 sq ft which includes 2297 sq ft on main level, 1176 sq ft on upper level. Design includes Main level master suite, flex room, full bath, formal dining, great room, kitchen with nook and laundry room. Upper level includes 3 bedrooms with full bath, study area and bonus room with powder bath, dry bar and large storage. Garage is 1037 sq ft with one bay double deep.
